Once the design is ready for printing we’ll begin with all the production processes that you required from us. On the case of a finished jewel piece, it will take 7 business days to leave our facilities.
2Why is there a change in the final price?
As you know all the precious metal prices are moving very quick, going up and down like a jigsaw. So we are giving you accurate prices according to the official metal rates.
3Are my designs and projects private?
Of course, your designs, orders, and projects are just visible for you, no other members of our platform can access to your data. We are extremely strict in this matter.
4On which it is based the price that comes out when I ask for a quotation?
The price is based on the file you uploaded and the volume that we have been able to get from it, as well as the type of metal you have chosen.
5Can I get an estimated price when I upload a repair?
Yes, depending on the type of work, the platform can give you a price, that will be confirmed as soon as we get the actual piece.
6Is the shipping price included?
No, the shipping price it's not included

9Can you make molds?
Yes, we can make molds either cold (two liquid components) or vulcanized. As well as 3D printed parts
10What kind of 3D prints do you make?
We can make a print for casting, or print with a resin that serves to see the measurements of a piece.
11If I only need a render, can you do it?
Yes, we can render any 3D. Please contact us for more information.
12What are your payment terms?

13How do you make the shipments?
All shipments are made by FedEx or UPS.

15Is the weight shown in the products accurate at 100%?
No, there's always a small difference. It's a approximate weight.
